"Everything was perfect!"

"The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful."

"Llegamos y la propriedad estaba cerrada. La reserva la había hecho el mismo día a la mañana y no fueron capaces de llamarme para avisarnos."

"As a solo traveler, it was minorly confusing on how to get into the property, but once inside it was very straightforward! The room was quite nice, comfortable, and clean. The breakfasts options were limited but good though it is important to note that the kitchen is a shared space. Otherwise the property was lovely! There's a cat named Scar who is well loved and a sweetheart, it was nice having him be able to hangout in the rooms! Located in a very safe and quiet, and BEAUTIFUL neighborhood...

"Excelente servicio. Un lugar muy comodo y agradable para estar. Pidan a Nina cuando esten aquí."
