I’m general the property was really good, personnel and the place makes me feel comfortable. I just want to notice about the entrance and surroundings that it was a little difficult and it was in bad conditions

Hv to say that staff was so very attentive and friendly, especially in the restaurant. However, when I asked for my upgrade, I was told that was not availability, even though the hotel occupancy was not even 50% of the total occupancy., so they dont wanted to upgrading my room. My room first day no HOT WATER, next day 3 roaches, one in my bedroom and 2 in the shower, so disgusting. Mosquito net completely damage-broken. Place is nice but I will not repeat for booking and staying there.

The property is a bit hidden. The surroundings of it's location can trigger a sense of an unsafe location. There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy. The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room. We really enjoy the massages and temazcal services. We had a good time in the pool and the food services were good enough to meet our needs when we used it. Overall I feel like it was a bit of a roller coaster with all the ups and downs, with the things we were noticing and experiencing during our visit to this property. But I think we ended up enjoying it more than disliking it. We had a good time as a family here.

My stay was great, but I have to upgrade my room. The room the hotel gave me first was tiny and with a tiny window. When I booked in Hotels.com, the hotels was described as “superior” which it didn’t have anything to be superior. The staff told me that was the lowest price room, and if I wanted better I have to pay, which I did. It was disappointing that the advertising was not accurate!

A estadia foi boa, as comodidades eram boas e a equipe foi simpática e prestativa, mas a equipe da recepção poderia ter uma atitude melhor, a entrada da propriedade não é separada e o segurança não está de plantão 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana.

El personal muy atento y ágil hasta en auto para las maletas, el check in rapidísimo donde te reciben con un vaso de agua, una toalla húmeda para la cara y los documentos listos solo para firmar el ingreso, hasta el personal de la alberca súper amable. Un lugar súper recomendable, sin duda regresaré.

El hotel esta excelente, super limpio y comodo, tiene buen estacionamiento de autoservicio. El restaurante esta muy rico y las porciones son grandes, valen lo que cuestan. El servicio de Edgar, insuperable. Muy buena opción si no quieres salir, ya que el centro del pueblo esta a unos 15 min en taxi. Sin duda regresaria
