A pesar de que el hotel está increíble, no me quisieron hacer válida la política de cambios en la reservación y me cobraron mucho más dinero de lo que debían. Les enseñé el recibo de Expedia sobre lo que debían cobrar, la política de cambios a la reservación con la que reservé mi habitación y simplemente me dejaron de contestar y nunca logré que me regresaran mi dinero. Pésima atención y me robaron dinero. Lástima porque el hotel está de maravilla.

No puedo creer que pagara más de 7 mil pesos la noche para que me regalaran un cupón de 250 pesos para el desayuno y unos rancheritos en el cuarto. Es un insulto. En hoteles de este precio me regalaban desayuno, clase de yoga, bebidas en la fogata, etc. no hay necesidad de ser miserable con tus clientes.

Todo muy bien. La habitación no tenía closet y un espacio de lavabo de baño demasiado reducido. eso hace poco conveniente la estancia dentro de la habitación. Por todo lo demás, el hotel y el personal MUY BUENO. A pesar de que es muy buena opción se siente más costoso de lo que en realidad vale.
