"Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. "Our overall stay with Hotel Platz was amazing! All the staff were very warm and welcoming! The location itself is perfect if you want to go to Alpe di Siusi or Seceda using a cable car and the hotel views are phenomenal. Highly recommended! "
