"Check-in was a mightmare! I booked 2 separate rooms for my brothers and their families for our reunion. They were required to send photos of IDs via viber. Problem #1 , my brothers did not have viber so l had to send the requirements by email. We had to wait before the QR codes were sent which was after 9pm. "When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again."
