"The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. The negatives were: I couldn't check in until 6, they have cleaning staffing issues, they finally changed my assessable room with a king bed for a double queen bed on the 4th floor. I tried reaching out to Hilton and they said they would compensate me for the trouble but they didn't. However we reserved a room with two queen beds that would accommodate our party of 4. We made the reservation through Expedia and were not asked, only about the number of adults in the party. "I think it is time to consider remolding the bathrooms, the toilet didn't flush very well. Shower did have nice water pressure and warm water. The breakfast is very good but please add home fries to the menu. You got to have breakfast potatoes to be a complete breakfast. I stay at the Best Western in Acworth often."

"Great value if you only want the basics. No coffee maker in the room, shampoo and soap barely came out of dispenser and continental breakfast was pitiful. A big drawback is there is no place to plug in a phone chargerb. But, clean place and great value for the money"

"It was clean but just a very older outdated property. I felt icky, couldn’t relax. Also we were there for a ball tournament , I tried to check in at 145 as wouldn’t be back until 930 that night. I was told there would be a fee if Indidbt wait until 3pm. It would be nice to have that notice posted somewhere in the hotel or get a message upon booking that this is a rule. "Staff very rude, renovations happening, most rooms given to construction crew who were working and staying on-site. Older guests and business guests asked to climb multiple flights of steps without regard to heat or physical abilities. Very poor planning by management."
