"Staff was very friendly and willing to work with you. I had a booking issue where I thought I booked a king suite but was given a king standard. The person on duty when we checked in was able to get us into a king suite very quickly. She was very pleasant to work with. I felt every employee I encountered at the hotel was professional and friendly."

"The only drawback to this stay was that the light did not always turn on on the first try -- but it did always come on! Having Fox News on in the breakfast room was less than enjoyable, but it was good to have a free breakfast, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were lovely!"
