"I was very impressed with Atmosphere. The hotel is very nice as is the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind and helpful especially considering the language barrier. Loket is a beautiful little town that I totally enjoyed. The breakfast they have is of course European style but very nice. Their dinner menu had things that I enjoyed very much. I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff is. Five stars and I would go back again in a heartbeat."

"THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. AMERICANS, PLEASE BEWARE!
The parking situation is a complete scam, and the treatment I received from the moment I arrived was absolutely unacceptable. The staff were rude, dismissive, and full of attitude. To make matters worse, the breakfast was dreadful.
The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the hotel seemed to cater primarily to an older crowd. At one point, I was actually chased down by a man who assumed I was leaving the hotel without settling...
