Could see issues as you need to download app to add all your details and then email sent separate to complete parking which felt like a chore. "City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. Their staff are nice...

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....
