I was skeptical but I actually loved it! Super convenient to trains/ tube. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in a no window room but didn’t feel closer it. It’s definitely compact but well laid out. I was solo so maybe too tight for 2 adults but it had everything you needed! Will definitely stay ...

Booked a room with a king size bed plus a sofa bed, but the latter turned out to be just a normal sofa. However, the staff were really helpful and quick to find a solution so the stay ended up being perfectly fine.
