"The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. When we checked in they had 29 check-outs with only 2 house keepers so naturally our room was not ready. Instead of making us wait (which we were totally happy to do) they upgraded us to a beautiful suite free of charge. We also got free mini-golf at the amusement park across the street which was very fun. We will stay at this hotel every time we stay in Parksville!"
