"This place very dirty.. The chairs are very dirty on the balcony. I had to buy Lysol to clean them. There was lot of hair on the towels. Also found someone hair clip and food on the dinner tray.The pool chlorine was unbearable and extremely dirty tissue on the floor and trash and broken window. I was there the first day we were there and when we left .We stood there for two nigh stay. Don’t stay here very filthy"

"It was okay for a cheap hotel in the Galveston area neighborhood was okay room was nice and clean however the door was very difficult to close and secure it looked like it'd been kicked in several times and I'm praying that the splatters on the ceiling were some kind of food although it did have a reddish brown tent I'll let you guess what it was from there staff was very friendly at check-in beds were nice and soft TV had to be manually turned off and on because none of the three remotes that were present worked but like I said for cheap hotel in the Galveston area it was fine"

"Front desk staff rude. Perfectly adequate for a pre-cruise stay, good location, but no other reason to want to stay here. Better hotels in Galveston, wish we had stayed there."

"Our room was nice and clean which is the most important thing to me, but there was an electrical issue with our bathroom light switch. I like that the property is gated at night, but in general it needs some TLC. The breakfast area is quite small and crowded. The pool area was very nice, but the hot tub (which looks like it's part of the same property) does not actually belong to the hotel, it belongs to the restaurant/bar next door, but allows the hotel patrons to have access to it, as well as people from the public. The hot tub was absolutely gross and dirty with things floating in it. People eating, drinking and smoking in the hot tub,"
