"This was a great property , the people were kind and helpful , and the property was well maintained. I will be staying here . The only rough caveat - and it’s a big one but one I’m unsure of - is I had a late check out and as soon as I left to take some stuff to my car the house cleaning staff was in my room when I came back before I had taken all my stuff out . "This hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and pay attention to everyone. I never had to wait for a response- they were on the ball. It was nice to receive 2 free drinks at the bar- they were absolutely slammed but I still got my order. And breakfast? Best hotel breakfast I have had! The variety was vast and even the fresh waffles you cook yourself were a winner! We will definitely stay again!!"

"When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. "Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful"

The key cards did not work when we got them, so I went back downstairs and the guy told me it’s normal for them to not work and you have to repetitively slide them in and out for about a minute before it will unlock.
