"El check in es complicado en su plataforma, al llegar no había recibido el código para poder ingresar a la habitación y, en un inicio, el recepcionista tampoco me pudo dar acceso, después de varios minutos intentando con la plataforma, el joven me dio la clave. En general, el lugar es muy lindo, súper limpio y confortable. Las sábanas y toallas estaban impecables. El colchón y las almohadas son muy cómodas. "We booked a three-bedroom apartment at ULIV because it was close to the Canadian embassy, where we had an appointment. My son and I arrived late, and since I had never been to Mexico City before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I must say that the apartment was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I did encounter a minor situation when I got locked in the bathroom due to a faulty lock. "Exceptional location, comfortable apartment with great amenities, beautiful rooftop lounge. Elevator was not working during our 4th floor stay so we got our exercise; caution if you are traveling with mobility issues. The last morning when we got up to get ready to leave for the airport, there was no water so we couldn't flush the toilets or shower; not sure if that's a common issue as we were leaving and didn't ask. Overall a gorgeous, safe place to stay in an exceptional location!"
