"Hotel is located in a central and safe area, between two trendy neighbourhoods (Roma Norte and condesa), walking distance to shops, cafes, variety of restaurants (street food, casual, high end), and corner stores. Highlights included a gym, a roof top terrasse with bar, free self serve laundry, shower amenities, kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, 24 hour front desk/security and polite staff. Housekeeping service is available for additional charge. There is no restaurant or breakfast available at the hotel but restaurants and cafes are nearby. The room was spacious with comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Complimentary upgrade to the Pyramid Tower - lovely, very clean room with comfortable beds and luxurious bedding. Staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. Easy sightseeing in the area with tons of restaurants and Oxxos around every corner. Late night room service available at reasonable prices. Only issue was noise due to the seemingly thin walls - could hear hallway conversations easily and if you have loud neighbors with crying children could put a damper on your morning sleep-in, so bring earplugs. But this is a tiny blip in an otherwise amazing stay."
