"Superschone accommodatie. Complete kamer. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Vlakbij zijn veel eetgelegenheden en winkels. Gelegen aan doorgaande weg."

"Except the sheets on the bed, nothing about the room made me feel as though it had been cleaned any time recently. Bathroom had mold in shower and vent in bathroom looked like the lint from the dryer’s filter"

"The room was clean and was just ideal for an overnight stay before we catch the boat to Koh Lipe in the morning. The staff were very welcoming, they can converse in English and Malay. Location is perfect for the boat to Koh Lipe, around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat in the area - good seafood restaurants. There is a 7 Eleven nearby too. I would strongly suggest that do not book the boat ticket direct from the hotel to avoid any issue trying to board at the...

"We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to...

Da...

"Hotel staff unable to find my online booking as confirmed by Expedia. After over 20 minutes then they managed to solved it. Gave me an unclean room then when i complaint they move me to another room."
