"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. "Probably one of the worst properties I ever stayed at. The door couldn’t close for hours and front desk won’t help, there were gnats and bugs everywhere in the room, on the door, on the walls, in the bathroom, there was holders in the walls, in the bathroom, the bed was dirty, pillows had dirt on them and stains, overall just TERRIBLE. The staff knocked on my door several times early morning to wake me up so they can check me out earlier than 12pm saying they had another client looking to check...
