"The property looks lovely in reception. Staff were welcoming on arrival but not so during our stay. Our room was clean but needs maintenance. Toilet leaked water along bathroom floor and curtains not hooked up properly so were too difficult to close. There is a Do Not Disrurb switch in amongst the light switches, unmarked, and ours was accidentally turned on so our room was not cleaned. No compendium in the room so we were unaware of the switch. Housekeeping did come up at 8pm after I called...
