"The hotel was nice but the only reason we booked it was because of balcony views. When we checked in they told us they could not unlock the sliding glass doors for us to use the balcony! What really?!! Cause I specifically purchased 4 rooms to be able to look over the river. Beware when booking at this hotel. They shouldn’t advertise the balcony as a selling point if you aren’t allowed to use it. "

The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a great variety of options, which made mornings something to look forward to. I also really appreciated the efficient shuttle service, with scheduled routes between the airport, Emporium Mall, and the train station—it made getting around very convenient. The gym was a pleasant surprise as well, with a good amount of equipment for a hotel fitness center, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again."
