"We stayed in a first-floor, beachfront room which was wonderful! It was so nice waking up and just walking out the door to a beautiful sunrise and birds flying overhead. The staff were all super helpful and nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! The only problem we had was not enough vacation days lol "

"It is an older hotel, so that was a bit of a shocker for us at first. But the location was great and after the receptionist changed our rooms we were quite happy, we got a bigger room with a smaller shower, (not to small) and shady outside sitting area, we were quite happy. The room and bathroom were clean, and because we only stayed 2 days we did not need the room-service. They did bring beach towels and emptied garbage. The breakfast was good and plenty, People lovely, and a superb location. "

"The penthouse was an excellent option for our family- the well apportioned kitchen was great as we did get tired of overpriced resort food. In general this was a perfectly good beach resort in a pretty quiet corner of Belize. The excursions were excellent and well staffed. We loved that they did toasted marshmallows on the beach at sunset and the diving platform was a hoot. "Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Everyone nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and spotless with a view of the water from deck. The pool and beach were amazing and the Rum Shack made fantastic drinks and food. Would highly recommend "
