"Lovely sized room. Staff very helpful. Room service every day with clean fresh towels. The only thing missing for me was a kettle to make a cup of tea although there was a coffee machine. The air conditioner worked well."

"Surprisingly not bad, near everything. While everyone went to tlTimes Square, we veered left to Hell's Kitchen neighborhood for dining and found wonderful little hole in the wall restaurants. Room is a little noisy from the sounds of the city, but it is to be expected since you're so close to such a popular area. Definitely will stay again."

"My car got parked in the valet brand new car by the way came back with a scratch paint off and they said they were going to take care of after I got home from New York they said sorry wasn’t there fault"

"Housekeeping staff was great and did a good job everyday but the person we first met on arriving was rude. We understand rooms may not be available for early check in but the same can be conveyed in a kind manner. We reached early so they gave us access to a common guest washroom which was terribly dirty and started the trip on a bad note. "

"Very clean room! They give cans of water when they clean your room which was a rice perk. Toiletries smelled very nice as well. "

"Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. The hotel room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. I don't think I've ever said this before, but shower pressure was too much - only downside of the room. Aircon, coffee, towels - everything you need. The breakfast bar (Starbucks) downstairs is great addition and perfect to get a morning coffee on your way out. We stayed the day we checkout, but you can store your luggage until 11pm for $5. Again, would definitely recommend."
