"The underground parking was a nightmare. Everytime you turn down a lane to park, there probably isnt enough parking, so to turn around, you need to make a 15 point uturn.
There was only one elevator working and it took 30mins waiting on checkout day. Everytime the elevator would come to our floor, it was totaly full. Eventually, we gave up and took the stairs to the parking garage with all the checkout luggage.
There was never a staff member at the desk.
It took 4 phone calls over hour to get an extra blanket delivered to our room. "

"This is our second visit to the Harbour. The early morning sun rise is spectacular! The drive to the mountains is less than 20 minutes. And the rooms are very clean.

"The condo was clean, the staff were quick to respond when a message was sent, parking was good and it was in very close proximity to Boue Mountain Village. My only issue was that there was carpet as opposed to hardwood or LVP.. family has allergies. "

"Nice place with everything needed for a getaway. Did not like the fact of the 10am check out. Way too early. Booked thinking this place had heated outdoor pools to only find out after that they are seasonal. My mistake and unfortunately booked it and couldn’t cancel. Went to plunge. Wasn’t the best but was somewhere for the girls to swim. "
