A clean and welcoming environment is a basic expectation for all guests, and we are disappointed to hear that this was not your experience. Our housekeeping team is usually quite diligent at ensuring our guest suites are in good condition prior to arrival and we regret that this was not the case during your stay. Hello Maryanne, thank you for staying with us and for the feedback about the cleanliness of the hot tub and parking charges. The hot tubs are cleaned daily and monitored for debris. Unfortunately, we have experienced some wild inclement weather and with the high winds, it's an ongoing battle for our teams to maintain with the swirling flora. We are working on the getting the upper hand on addressing the issue and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We have brought this to the attention of our leaders to monitor more closely.

Village bars, restaurants, along with guests are cautioned to lower volume after 11pm and can understand your frustration with the one in earshot not complying with the bylaw. On report of noise, we are happy to dispatch our security personnel to the offending location to provide a warning and trust that you were able to connect with our associates to provide your concerns.
