"Great service, but rooms not very sound proofed. Could hear neighbours television very well. Unfortunately they kept in on all night :("

Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant."

"Check in very slow. Given same room as someone else. Room changed but key not reprogrammed meaning 3 trips to reception. Parking easy. Good breakfast although service a bit slow. "
