"My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great...

"I was very surprised and disappointed. I booked with Dominion Hotel not expecting much but a decent place to just sleep and shower and it was close to the airport . But upon checking in, I felt instant regret and awkwardness because I didn’t expect to see what I was seeing. I guess I overlooked the pictures or assumed it couldn’t be that bad when I booked it. The reception area was not at all welcoming, maybe because there weren’t anything in the room but a woman behind a plexiglass waiting...

"By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards."

"My day was pretty great stayed for the holiday. The only thing I can say I did not like was how disgusting the indoor pool was. There was a whole layer of oil floating at the top when I tried to get in and I immediately got out to go shower because of how disgusting it was."

"Came out for the hotel breakfast….. room was empty. Went to front desk to inquire and they handed me an oatmeal pie and said this was their breakfast."

"Air conditioner was broken and shut off in the middle of the night. When entered the room the extra blanket was wadded up in the cupboard. Bathroom just barely clean. When I asked for a printout of the bill they said I had to get it from Expedia, they couldn’t give me one. How do I get a copy of the bill?"

"Very friendly staff, however, that cannot negate the stench that hit the moment we walked into this property. Water dripping from the ceiling in the lobby into a large plastic tub, mildew smell so strong I tried not to breathe on the walk between our room and the lobby. Still stank in the room, but not quite as bad. Walls so thin that we heard people walking and talking up and down the hallway at all hours of the night.
