"We booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios and the Warner Bros studio tour. The hotel has a shuttle to and from these locations which you can book for free which was a nice touch. We thought the hotel was beautiful and the restaurant on site had some lovely food options, albeit not everything was available. Comfortable beds. We had a great stay. "

"Was excited to see the city lights from this hotel and hopefully an overlook of Universal Studios. Got placed on the bottom floor where I had a view of a grey roof outside our floor length windows, right off the bat made me sad. The shuttle to and from universal studios and universal city walk was nice, fills up fast but the drivers are nice, just have to have your kids sit on your lap to make more room for others. Ordered breakfast in the room for one morning, breakfast sandwichs are good...

"It was perfect. Specially when everything is in walking distance. The freeway is right down the road. We will stay the night here again. "

"The room had not been cleaned and what had to be weeks if not months. There were spiderwebs along the baseboards and very large spiders as if they’ve been there for a very long time eating. Staff made it difficult to try and get at least a refund and wanted to move us to another property across town when we had already unpacked and it was 10 o’clock at night with my kids."

"Great location to walk to Universal Studios. Room was a little rundown. food was left in the refrigerator from previous attendant. Street noise was loud."

"Parking was very easy, AC worked, not very far from downtown or Studios. Staff were available and friendly. Very accommodating. Will stay here again if the opportunity arises Highly suggest checking out Corner Cottage for breakfast burritos and Blink Fitness for the gym, both are close by."

"Room was hot and the cooler took a full day to drop it a couple of degrees and had a weird smell to it, definitely not returning. "
