"First things first - awesome. Now here is what i didn't know or realise when i booked this property. 1. I booked for 4 prople; 1 queen bed and 2 twins. This is exceptional for Europe...you really don't find this option in a reasonably priced hotel. But what i really didn't appreciate was that in this case...its two rooms. "An absolutely stunning property! The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the renovation are remarkable — every corner of the building feels special. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the rooftop terrace with its breathtaking view of the city and Mount Vesuvius — such a unique highlight! Despite having little ones (ages 3 and 5), we found it easy to walk into the city. Highly recommend this beautiful place!"
"Beautiful old hotel with a wonderful welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful and gave lots of good advice. The property is clean and all staff are courteous. The room we stayed in was comfortable- great for our family for a short stay. They provide coffee, water, a fridge, microwave and a dining room, as well as a beautiful shared lounge. "The place was super clean, the host was very friendly and helpful. Waited until super late for us to arrive, even though we came later than expected. He gave us great recommendations, and even provided assistance with getting a ride to the Amalfi Coast. Couldn't have asked for a better host. We appreciated the abundance of hangers both upstairs and down, along with a railing for hanging clothes. The small balcony overlooking the lane below added a lovely touch of charm.

"Foro Carolino is a very unique hotel. It's located in a building built in 1755. This is more like bed and breakfast as its family owned, and the apartment has belonged to one family for over 200 yrs. It's a very loved and very well taken care of hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. Its conveniently located with walking distance to all attractions. Highly recommend ."
"Located in the heart of the historical centre is great but lively. 1 night we heard loads of fireworks going off around the corner for 10 minutes for seemingly no apparent reason. It was also tricky to get to from train station. Metro was closed so we ended up walking. Even in a car, the area is not accessible. The place itself was stylishly furnished and the balcony overlooking the popular tourist street was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "
