"The room was clean, the shade in the room needed to be replaced, but worked adequately. The noise level in the room is not the best. We were woken up on Saturday night several times by people pounding on doors and slamming up doors. The front desk was friendly. I had a hard time figuring out how to work the thermostat. But there was an extra blanket in the room, which was a nice feature."

"First time at Moxy Asheville and we’ll definitely be back! Great value for the quality of the hotel. Room and common areas were spotless, staff was amazing, they upgraded us to a better view in our room for our special occasion. Rooftop bar is beautiful with great nighttime stargazing views. 10/10"

"The room was so nice! Nice decor. Very very clean and comfy. I love the little vintage fridge and microwave. We were very comfortable If I had any complaints it would be the door windows that felt like someone could look through and there was a crack in the door. But other than that very nice and clean "

"Outside of the property and lobby area are well maintained however, when i let my 9 month old daughter crawl around our room for at most two minutes, her socks and knees were black (not grey, black). The coffee in the lobby is HORRIBLE and I'm no coffee snob, but it was bad. Otherwise not a bad two night stay."

"Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. "
