"Room was not clean when arrived, had to be switch to another room. Light switch at door not working, then we were not brought any clean towels. Melanie at front desk told me to bring her dirty towels down before I could get clean towels. Then at checkout they charged us for dirty towels and pillowcases that were already stained when checked in. The worst experience I ever had with a room in my entire life. Totally disgusted"
