"Quaint. The quality of furnishings was clean, but flimsy & minimal. We rented a Queen Suite and there is NO AC & NO Thermostat in the room. We sweated all night. This is a bridal venue? Who rents a suite with NO AC, even though AC is advertised in the hotel's ads? We called maintenance but he had no idea how the AC (which didn't exist) nor how the heat was controlled.
