"Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was typical with few added items. Updated equipment to manage on your own for pancakes etc. Pleasant staff; greeted with smile and hello. smooth registration on line and front desk. Rooms clean, towel fluffy, linens crisp and white. Stayed 2 days for my observation."
"For the price paid I would’ve expected more bang for my buck. We booked a kitchenette expecting to save money on meals while in town for our daughter’s baseball tournament only to have nothing to accommodate us cooking anything in the unit and nothing available, funny they have a sign on the cabinets stating $20 fee for dirty dishes left. Guess maybe a way to help their clientele save on missing a dish or two if there is nothing to get dirty. And wow the bar fridge noise.
The rooms have been obviously renovated less flooring with what I would simply refer to as lipstick on a pig. Absolutely terrible water pressure and a 10 minute shower holding enough water from a clogged drain to double as a bath.
They don’t have opening windows and poor circulation in the ventilation system making it feel as humid as the west coast.
Then let’s talk about the “Full Breakfast” advertised. I guess in a third world country this would ring true but again for the price for a simple room and advertised expectations our stay was less than fulfilled.
On the positive side the attached Tokyo Avenue restaurant had some of the best sushi I’ve had in AlbertA with great staff and the location of the hotel was central to our needs."
"AC in the room was busted, room had a weird smell, front office had an even worse smell. Door was hard to open felt like I was going to break the handle trying to get in and out."
"The breakfast was very good.
The air conditioning unit was rather noisy and the mattress was definitely on the firmer side. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room clean and neat."
