It may also be helpful to have staff monitor the dining area, as there have been occasions where non-guests try to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Aside from these concerns, everything else about the stay was excellent."

"Nice staff very quiet, we asked the staff about the free breakfast for two that was included , and she told me . The breakfast was not included and we need to pay $15.00 . So we didn’t get any breakfast at all . The parking is great ."

"The room was marginal. The toilet would not flush except by removing the top to pull the chain. The thermostat didn’t work, I was not given a voucher for breakfast which I had paid for, and to get my deposit of $100 back, I had to call the issuing bank. The hotel charged my credit card for the deposit despite it being just a deposit, and my room was paid through Hotels.com which the hotel didn’t seem to consider. Given the room problems and cheating me out of breakfast AND my deposit, I’ll never stay in this hotel again."
