"The room was clean, shower water pressure was pitiful, very low pressure and flow. Bed was very comfortable. The wi Dow shades would not close and the sheer screen let in to much light from the parking lot. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were helpful."

"Towels were dirty when I took up front the floor towel from bathroom had foot prints from shoes on it and wash cloth was dirty when I took it to the front desk and asked for clean ones she had the nerve to tell me it’s for the floor it will be ok. I shouldn’t have to go buy towels or amenities like soap and shampoo this is all supposed to be supplied and clean come on get it together breakfast was horrible cereal and waffle no hot breakfast the guy on the second day was more nicer Saturday afternoon than the lady who checked me in on Friday he gave me clean towels with questioning or telling me anything"

"My stay at the candlewood suites got off to a rocky start. The room I had paid for 2 months in advance was not available when I checked in. I had been downgraded from a one-bedroom suite to a king room. Definitely this was not what I expected nor would I had paid for. they had sold my room to another customer that would be in the room. Two more nights. Though I had paid for four nights, I was only able to stay in the room I paid for in advance two nights. When I ran into trouble during check-in, I was instructed by the hotel's agent to call hotels.com for a refund on the two nights that I had to stay in the king room I did receive a refund even though it wasn't as much as I thought it should be."
