"Welcome was good, friendly and informative. Room was pleasant, clean and well situated with à separate entrance to Restaurant. Meals taken were good with excellent selection for breakfast. We were aware of entertainment in the Bar, which was excellent both nights. Note: entertainment is not availble in their Bar every night but there is entertainment somewhere in Rostrevor each night."

"Occasion - 50th wedding anniversary. Nice hotel (dark rooms to be expected in a Victorian property) with excellent staff let down by dining experiences. Breakfast disappointing - buffet breakfasts kept in metal tureens always difficult to keep warm and this was no exception, bacon, sausages, soda bread and wheaten bread all quite tough by the time we got to them.
