The property appears to be very active with people who appear to be long term guests moving about, often including late into the night, engaging in conversation across balconies spanning several rooms. The room looked to be unfinished, exposed floor screws in concrete that would otherwise be covered by tile, a 1/4 gap...

"There were places like the fan blades that had not been cleaned in sometime. There is a light right next to the entry door and when you open the door to go in, the flying bugs storm in. There were also pots and pans etc. but no range or similar. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I love little mom and pop motels but this was a bit gross. I also had a ocean view room, the windows were so dirty I couldn't see out thru the hase. oh, the room is maybe 10ft off of probably the busiest street...
