"BEAUTIFUL ROOM!"

"Front office staff was clueless. Housecleaners came in to clean after the first noght and took all bath towels and left none for the second night. We had to hunt them down. Breakfast was powdered eggs- but the breads/cereals were fine. The property itself was up to the normal high standards of a Springhill Suites."

"The room was clean, but the bedding didn't seem to be washed, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs before 9:00 AM. The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that."

"Nice clean property w parking on site for $5/night. Staff was very helpful and provided 15% off voucher for Ford Museum which worked out well for us. Nice restaurants within walking distance"

"This hotel is decorated beautiful with so many photos and antique furniture placed among the hallways Love just walking the halls and finding new things to look at. Has a restaurant on site, their breakfast buffet is excellent and very reasonable. We have had dinner and dessert there which has also been very good..love staying here."

"I gave 3 stars for amenities. They have a great gym and a very nice pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire week From what I understand they couldn’t get the chemical levels right. Disappointing for me as the pool was one of deciding factors on booking this hotel. The staff is super nice and accommodating, the breakfast selection is very good and the lady is constantly restocking everything. I would definitely stay here again but I will make sure the pool is in working condition."

"The Hotel itself was not as depicted in the online photos, both indoor and outdoor were very unappealing. I booked the King Suite with jetted hot tub. During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. The reek of marijuana and the stench of mildew"

"The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. The pool was closed while we were there for cleaning, but we never saw anyone actually cleaning it and as far as the breakfast goes, it’s a bagel and a waffle or a bowl of cereal were not...

"Ok Hotel but some things seemed run down and lacking. Room had a strong smell of cleaners, there were holes in the carpet, the shower drain was plugged. The rooms are not too insulative from hallway noise nor outside."

"I am local but had to book a room due to my power being out on the hottest day of the year so far. I needed a pet-friendly hotel. My dog is afraid of tile floors and trying to get him to our room was impossible. He's over 60 pounds and I couldn't carry him over the tiles along with my luggage. Our front desk greeter graciously offered to carry my scared pup to our room, and was successful in doing so. He deposited my scared pup to the door, brushed off the abundance of dog hair that...

"The rooms were not clean. There's a strong smell through out the whole hotel. Doesn't have options for beeakfast, only coffee toast and jelly. It was really not expected. Would not come here again nor recommend to anyone."
