"Due to the flight delay, we got the hotel at 2am, the main entrance was locked. I called, there was no answer at the beginning. Finally someone answered the phone, and asked to press a button to open the door. But there was no button anywhere to be found. The stuff was rude and inpatient. I realized I might be at the wrong door. I found a door at the parking garage which can be opened by pressing a button. It was not good experience at all"

"Overall, my stay at Red Carpet Inn went well. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and most of the staff were polite and helpful. The only issue I experienced was with one front desk employee who was a bit out of line and unprofessional during an interaction. Aside from that situation, everything else during my stay was smooth and comfortable."

"Some of the pros are this property is fairly clean and walking distance from Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino plus a shuttle is provided there. Also next door is a 24hr McDonald's if you need a late night snack. There is also a nice bar/lounge Privé 954 with tasty food and good vibes. In the same strip mall there is also a delicious hotpot restaurant called Lemongrass.The hotel also provides great views of the Guitar hotel. The cons were the staff wasn't as attentive as I would have expected....
