"Breakfast was fresh everyday - delivered to the room. Parking was difficult for Uber drop off and pick up. The car park (very limited spaces) is all undercover. Housekeeping was 'done' daily but could have included making the bed, but overall OK. The room was clean but dated. "

"Bed Bugs... Nice Staff!!! Parking great for larger vehicles like 4x4's. 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Room cleanish. Floors needed vacuuming and mopping, very dirty. Bed infested with BED BUGS. I'm not making this up. I ended up not staying as I didn't want to be bitten by the bed bugs. Couldn't find any alternative accommodation that wasn't going to cost a fortune due to higher prices for booking late. Some places wanting over $600 for two nights + parking charges...

"Clean comfy room, clean bathroom, friendly staff. Very convenient if you live in the regions and have a Westmead hospital appointment. But the room could use more power points."

"Stay of two nights after first night, shower not working, left at 3.30am to assist a volunteer group and reported issue to reception, return 1.30am the next day & found no attention to shower issue at all. They very reluckantly gave axcess to another room only for use of shower. Very poor no apology."
