The music playing in the lobby of the hotel was playing way too loud and could be heard all night long in our room, which was 2 doors down from the lobby. That was fixed for the second and third nights, thankfully. My other issue was the pillows they use. They aren't bed pillows at all. "Recently updated rooms but paper thin walls; I could hear everything; check in staff not helpful to tell me where to park or how to get in; no signs in garage plus roads were blocked two days I stayed and no one bothered to give heads up on how to get in or out; had to clean hair out of bath tub. Can’t expect too much for price but basic etiquette would have been nice."

"Hard to sleep. Either the cleaners were loud in the evening or people above me were stomping and loud."

"Check in was fine. Room was okay- uncomfortable beds. Dog poop all over outside the back door. Room keys would not work past 8am on day of checkout. Only two doors to get in and out of building - right at front desk - ridiculous- and it was not for security… breakfast was nutribars or old commercial packed muffins. Fridge in room worked but door was wrong way opening. The only good thing was the price and it was quiet."

"The staff is very friendly and attentive. My room was nice and clean and had lots of home feel to it. It’s a nice relaxing place to stay with a great restaurant inside plus they have free water that they give to their guests and I work hard all day and that free water hits the spot when I get back."

"Very dirty and hair all over. Tried 5 different rooms and all were unsanitary. Had hair all over shower and floor, bathroom taps had toothpaste, mirrors were dirty. Two rooms had water damage. We had to go to a different hotel as this one is unacceptable. Trying to get my money back but the manager is not responding to my or Expedia’s attempts to get ahold of them. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"
