"All was good except could use a better selection of soft drinks."

"The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it. "

"My family & I stayed at the Hyatt House for a volleyball tournament. The location was perfect- several eateries, a upscale shopping center and grocery stories right next door. The free buffet breakfast was full or options and yummy. The only complaint was one elevator was down which was a bummer. "

"Ac worked well, but the smell of the room was awful. Even though a non smoking room was selected the room wreaked of cigarettes. The tv and internet didnt work well enough to stream any shows. No microwave in the room as mentioned. On the final night i am certain i saw a roach in the bathroom. So be aware of that issue as a possibility. "

"The place really is just not kept up with. The wifi is so slow that many connections fail. There are missing pieces of trim and holes in some walls. The was a bunch of pickles and lettuce on the ground by the stairs. The EV chargers are hit or miss. The Tesla chargers work if you have a Tesla, but if you have an SAE/CCS based plug, the CCS charger is broken and using a NACS adapter for the Tesla's fail the connection test. In the evenings there were tailgaters in the basement imbibing in copious...

"The pros: central location, breakfast was full each morning and check in was quick. The cons: the hotel room entrance was not secure. It did not lock- door reader broken, hallways constantly smelled like weed, ants in our hotel room- entire 3 night stay, no bathroom ventilation- fan did not turn on at all with lights, bathroom toilet paper roll holder not put on the wall, no hand towel holder(where one should be) flickering lights all over the hotel. "My room when I checked in at 6:30 pm. The bathroom sink was dirty the bathroom toilet had pee all over it. They don't clean your room. The elevator was really dirty, trash on the floor. I used to stay there a long time ago and it was so much better. I will never stay there again."

"Check in was fast and easy. The decor and finishings are very modernized for the cost per night. No complaints about cleanliness- not to say it was perfect, but overall it was a very comfortable stay and we slept great. Breakfast was decent. Only scrambled eggs and link sausage was hot."
