"Great, comfortable stay"

"Love this place. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Parking is not a problem with a parking garage across the street. The area around the hotel is very quiet. Surprised by the exercise bike and workout station in the room. We will continue to stay here when we’re in Canton."

"We loved our stay but there was a clogged drain in the tub the entire visit and no housekeeping. You had to put a tag on your door which no one told us about. Not a usual hotel standard so how are guests to know? A heads up when we checked in would be helpful. The room was decorated in the 1980's (Think Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances) - it is in desperate need of an update. "I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels. To be honest I was treated as if it was a privilege to have towels. The explanation I received was “we are going through a towel crisis”. It was very frustrating. On...

"Great air conditioning! Room was not cleaned I had to ask for new linen’s soon as I checked in they were dirty. Floors weren’t cleaned tub, sink, and toilet was dirty! The fridge was dirty and the pool area was dirty though the actual pool was clean."

"It was very clean. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was pretty decent. It only serves from 7 AM to 10 AM. That’s what I love the most because I am an early bird. The only thing I would have to complain about is the parking it is very limited when there is heavy traffic in the hotel, but very convenient to see from every window on the property. It was perfect. I could see my car from my room window."

The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest."
