Radisson Grenada Beach Resort
All staff were very attentive and kind. Rooms were clean and had key elements upgraded like the air conditioner and overhead fan. The biggest issue is how long it takes to get food after placing your order. Waiting 2 hours was common so you need to pack your patience.

Check-in was extremely slow and our room wasn't ready, had to wait 2 hrs, it was past 6pm before we had our room. Once in our room our luggage wasn't in our room, had to call to get our suitcase with more wait time. Very frustrating after a long day of travel. Hotel seems to have a lack of personnel. ...

Upon entering the room we were greeted with an awful awful smell in the bedroom/bathroom area. Was told the sewage was cleaned earlier in the day and being the hotel was booked no other available rooms to accommodate our party. The lady who I assume was the manager apologized.
