"From what I understand this place used to be a casino turned family resort. It definitely shows in the carpets and general layout. I didn’t mind that honestly it was kind of cool however it was extremely crowded and if I remember correctly the tickets for the water park are not included in your stay. It’s like $30 a kid and they close the water park at 8. The water park is also on pretty much the opposite side of the hotel as where you go to buy tickets for it. The “security” people were nice...

"The hotel was fine on the whole. I pretty much knew what I was getting. The room was clean and the price was great. My only real complaint was the room was so dark! There was ONE lamp and it was all the way across as the room. My suggestion is, just like your own home, you need a functioning lamp on either side of the bed."

"Check in is at 4pm which felt a bit late. Called the morning of to see if I could get early check in. They said yes, the room was currently being cleaned and would be ready at 1-2:30. Got there at 2:40 and they said the previous guest had just left our room, so clearly they hadn’t been cleaning for 3 hours. Then suddenly they said the room was cleaned after 10 minutes.
