"⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have stayed at this hotel four times previously and are actually staying here again this evening, which will make this our fifth stay. Overall, we have always had a good experience here, which is why we continue to come back. The room was clean, and the hotel as a whole was very clean and well maintained. There is also plenty of parking available, and we felt that the property had good security. The front desk staff was friendly enough and did greet us when we arrived. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was a disappointment when it came to the staff working in the breakfast area. The continental breakfast itself was okay, although I do feel that the breakfast options could be better, especially for a Hilton property. What really stood out, though, was the attitude of the breakfast staff. They were extremely rude and made guests feel as though we were inconveniencing them. At one point, they actually became upset because, in their exact words, “people were drinking too much coffee.” That was honestly shocking to hear from staff in a hotel where guests are supposed to feel welcomed. Our previous stays were about a year ago, and the breakfast staff was much friendlier and more accommodating then. It definitely seems like there has been a change in staffing in that department, and unfortunately, the difference was very noticeable. Despite that experience, we are returning again because we have generally enjoyed this hotel and have had good experiences here."

"I stayed here along with my family for brothers Home Going services, the place was great, clean I had no complaints except the beds are uncomfortable, mattress on a steel flat bedframe and very uncomfortable for me and my husband's backs, great communal spots inside to sit with other family members outside your rooms, no pool it was out of commition, so don't expect to go swimming unfortunately, they do have coffee but you make it yourself, loved the fact close by there was a roses, Italian and Mexican restaurants as well as a Hardee's all just up the block or across the street from the hotel, it was the only hotel about 22 mins from Richsquare, Roxobel and kelford close by, Scotland Neck Inn, please consider breakfast or something simple like muffins, bagels and cream cheese and toast with butter-jelles and assorted teas with honey along some fresh fruit that can stay out all day for late comers, they even have kitchennetts, for now on when going to visit in these areas this will be my go to. Thanks Scotland Neck Inn, please keep up the good works in cleanliness and Courteous Hospotality."
