"We stayed three nights at the Carlisle Inn Sarasota and the stay was one of the best. Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was spotless and the rooms like new and quality of the breakfast was excellent. We plan another trip back in a few weeks and intend to make reserations at the Carlisle again."

Non ho per nulla apprezzato che arrivando al check in due ore prima, mi sono stati chiesti $40 per avere la camera in anticipo: se non è pronta nessun problema ma se lo è mi sembra un furto chiedere $40 extra. Assurdo chiedere un deposito di $200 per una notte e dopo due giorni non averlo ancora restituito..."

"The system was down when we checked in. we asked the staff to let us check in and they gave us a lesser room than we booked. When we asked to switch to the room type we booked, they gave us a hard time."

"Room was clean but the shower needed to be cleaned at the base where small spots of black mold was observed. Staff was accommodating at check-in. Breakfast was lacking in quality and selection. The temporary eating area was the small lobby and most guests including ourselves had to eat in our rooms."
