"I do not write this lightly. First impression was watching an employee with an air cast, walking while staring at his phone. Ignored me when I asked him a question and makes me question there safety program.
TV was broken and they changed my room. Still couldn't watch tv because the video kept pausing
I just don't know. They pretend to have a 5 star facility in a 3 star building."

"Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price.
Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend.
Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter.
At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

"Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience
We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story.
Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

"Nice balcony that's shared which you can't see in pics. Bed is firm but comfortable. Room is really small but just right if you using it to sleep in for 2 people. It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door."
