"Not satisfied because there were lacking of blankets, towels, pillows that supposedly good for 8 persons. No rugs for the washroom floor, no shower curtains if we’re using the shower so it was so wet after. No water dispenser. Some of the outlets were not working. Blankets were smelly. "

"The first issue was when I checked in , I was informed that I had no reservation . My name can’t be found on the reservation so I was told by the staff at the front desk to call the owner . Took a while to get an answer . The other issue was that the room was not really clean esp the dining table. I had to clean them myself. I also had an issue with the water flooding all over the bathroom floor every time I showered and not drying all day and some broken structures . Tried to reach the condo unit rep who sent a maintenance guy while I was out . I tried to reach out again w/ no response for 2 days and the issue with the flooded floor never solved at all even after I checked out . "
