"The property and staff seemed nice during our first evening, but at night the fire alarms malfunctioned. They would turn off briefly and then begin again (for two hours). The fire department expressed safety concerns to the staff at the front desk, and the receptionist shrugged them off with a "We can hope..." Our safety was not a priority. We packed up our children and went home. "

The entire property needs to be updated. Not all the outlets worked in the room, there was a lamp missing from one of the bedside tables, and no outlets nearby to plug in a charger. The breakfast was very limited and poor quality, and they ran out of coffee early on and never refilled it. I also paid for a late check out but...

"We moved from the area over 25 years ago. We were coming back for Easter and read some of the reviews and was skeptical of staying. We walked in and were greeted with two very friendly staff. The room was clean and we loved the larger fridge. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet only because we were off to a family members house for breakfast on Easter but my husband got coffee and said it looked good. Checking out we had another two very friendly staff members. I would stay there again...
