"Stayed one night with my family. Beds werent that soft. It was clean except the mildew on the caulking in the shower area. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and fridge froze everything we had including my medicine which had to be replaced."

"I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. After driving all day and arriving exhausted with a confirmed reservation, I was refused check-in without any effort to resolve the situation or provide a reasonable solution. The staff showed no empathy or professionalism, leaving us stranded late at night after hours on the road. A reservation should actually mean something, but apparently not at this hotel. "I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...

"Nice location, plenty of amenities, great breakfast and gym. Only minor complaint would be you can hear some traffic noise at night but that’s expected at a location right off the interstate. Friendly staff"

"The breakfast was only until 9:20 , and when I get there they couldn’t find my reservation I was waiting for an hour to get an answer"

"The staff was nice and helpful. The door in my room did not deadbolt lock, because the lock and strike plate were way off. That means I couldn't fully secure the door, which I did not like. There were a few other minor things left unfixed, such as the drain plug for the tub that wasn't secured, and wall mounts for shower supplies that were left sitting on the sink. The air conditioning unit was fairly loud and clanky. It put out air fine, but annoying to try to sleep during."
