"Plane arrived at 2am but I had confirmed prior with hotel staff that I needed a
Shuttle. When I arrived the phones were down and I eventually had to get a Lyft. Then the hotel door was locked and luckily someone else had already left but still had their room key to let us in. Eventually the staff came to help check us in.
The room was fine but the experience was a bit lacking."

Everyone was kind and helpful,from the front desk to the room attendants.
Breakfast was a plus.
Will stay again when visiting Plant City.
Rooms were recently renovated.
Bed was confer table and so was the air conditioner.
Only drawback was the elevator was so slow."

"Traveling with 3 children ages 3 and under, our stay was great. The staff was great, vending machines didn't give us any issues. Breakfast was a little more than basic. Our room was very clean and close to dining & shopping. Small, but very clean and clear pool. We felt safe with Parking as we were in and out, alone mostly all night. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to stay again soon!! "

"We booked for a quick overnight and left early the next morning.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were clean and room was tidy but room smelled like urine, cockroaches in the hallways, guests yelling up down the halls early into the morning, sink didn’t drain properly, air conditioning unit was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. Neighbourhood was sketchy."
